1. We offer a prepayment courtesy.  This option is available for those of you who pay in full prior to the first visit of your treatment. The amount of discount depends on the method of payment you prefer

• Check or cash (5%)
• Credit Card (3%)

2. You may choose to divide up your payments:
   
         We offer a choice of paying 1/3 when appointment is
         scheduled 1/3 on day of appointment and 1/3, balance
         on delivery.
    
3. You may also choose to pay as you go. For appointments 90 minutes and longer payment is due at time of scheduling. For appointments less than 90 minutes, you can pay on day of appointment.
    
4. You may choose to set up a credit card payment plan for 90 days. This will automatically charge your credit card four equal payments at 0, 30, 60, and 90 days.
    
5. We also offer the opportunity for you to make monthly payments (for balances over $2500). The financial coordinator will furnish you with an application for this method of payment.  We are pleased to offer Capital One Healthcare Finance to our patients. Capital One Healthcare Finance is a convenient, no initial payment, low monthly payment plan for dental treatments of $1,000 to $25,000. Offering Capital One Healthcare Finance allows us to make the smile you've always wanted affordable.
